At Yorkshire Bonsai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your tree or tools aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure live specimens are cared for according to our guidelines during the return period to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxing, ensuring live trees are securely fastened and dampened to prevent damage or dehydration during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Yorkshire Bonsai

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point for tracked delivery back to our nursery.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned items to confirm they are in healthy, resalable condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
